Within Australia (standard): 3 - 6 business days
Within Australia (express): 1 - 3 business days
International (standard): 8 - 25 business days
*Please be mindful that delays within the Australian and international postal system can occur unexpectedly. Some delays unfortunately cannot be resolved by us, and are not the responsibility of NERYSSA Fine Jewellery. If you purchase our jewellery from outside of Australia, you are liable for any taxes or import duties that may apply.
Processing
All “One of a Kind” items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Processing times can vary for “Made to Order” items depending on order quantity and stock availability- this is due to the nature of our minimum waste, “slow fashion” production model. You can learn more about this within our ethics and sustainability page. All items are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

Returns

We love being able to provide our customers quality fine jewellery, and we hope you fall in love with the piece you purchase. We will aim to resolve any faults as soon as possible. If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch to see how we can help.
If you believe an item you have received may be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order and the suspected fault. Any authorised product faults will be returned, replaced, or exchanged in accordance with the customer’s preference.
Change of mind
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, NERYSSA may offer an exchange for a product of the same value or a return for store credit, however this will be assessed on an individual basis and is not guaranteed.
Approved returns or exchanges will be provided a store credit or an exchanged item of equal value, under the conditions that:
the item is as new, unworn
the item is returned within 7 days of receipt
the item is returned undamaged in original packaging
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted for purchase of sale items. Returns for change of mind will not be eligible for refund, however may be eligible for store credit.
Returns are to be made with delivery costs at the customer’s expense. NERYSSA Fine Jewellery will not accept any unapproved/unauthorised returns or exchanges.
